In the event that you are experiencing issues after normal telephone support hours, please call,  follow the telephone system prompts to report the nature of the issue, and a support representative will start a trouble ticket, research the issue, and return the call on the following business day.

Common Troubleshooting Steps:

You can also try some of the best proven methods for troubleshooting your connection.  Below are steps you will take with the support representative that you could try before calling or emailing.

Step 1: - Reboot your Computer.   *Believe it or not this cures about 65% of issues people experience*

Step 2: - Reboot your Router.  Usually this is a device made by Netgear, Linksys, and other common manufacturers. Unplug the power cord from the back of the router and plug it back in after about 10 seconds.  Give the router some time to resume operation, then try and see if the problems you were having have resolved.

Step 3: - Reboot your Wireless receiver.  You do this by unplugging the power adapter that provides power to your Wireless receiver, and then plugging it back in after 10 seconds.
